An international internal event bringing together Neuroth employees from across Europe. GR Ljubljana Congress & Convention Centre hosted the summit, providing the venue and on-site support, while the full event concept and execution were delivered by specialised agencies.

More than 1,000 employees from eight countries
The summit was dedicated to learning, knowledge exchange and team connection. More than 1,000 employees from eight countries took part in a diverse programme combining professional development with interactive formats.
The event featured the “Forum of Excellence”, an internal exhibition showcasing innovations across departments, and a range of initiatives presented by company representatives. Team activities, including a guided city experience, further strengthened collaboration.
The event was delivered across multiple halls: Marmorna Hall, Marmorna Hall Foyer, Steklena Hall, Kocka Hall and Kupola Hall. The programme combined:
• conference sessions and keynote presentations
• interactive exhibition and learning formats
• networking and team activities
• evening events, including a concert
GR Ljubljana supported all executing partners with venue infrastructure, technical setup and on-site coordination.
The summit focused on education, engagement and internal connection.
Participants attended expert-led sessions within the “Forum of Excellence” and explored new content through interactive exhibition points designed as part of an internal fair. Additional programme elements included presentations of internal initiatives and active engagement zones. A city tour of Ljubljana’s old town, enhanced with team challenges, added a strong experiential component. Two evening events created further opportunities for networking in a relaxed setting.
